ECH Wares was founded by a passionate mother-daughter duo, whose mission is to celebrate mental well-being. They believe that clothing can be more than just fabric; it can be a source of empowerment, a tool for self-expression, and a gentle reminder of the importance of mental health. 

Jennifer has been in the mental health field for over 25 years, working in a range of positions until she opened her own private practice in 2018. As her youngest daughter was getting older, Jennifer brought her on to help with administrative tasks. One day, Alaina pitched her idea of a mental health clothing line to her mother which began their adventure. They set out to create a clothing line that sparks conversations around mental health. Each piece is thoughtfully designed with affirmations, reminders, and symbols that promote positivity, resilience, and self-love.
