Since our products are especially made for you, we have the following return/exchange policy.

Damaged or defective products: Customers can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. They may need to provide photographic proof.
Carrier error or invalid address: Will reship the order.
Orders that haven't been received: Customers must submit a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Buyer's remorse: Only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's remorse.
Size exchanges: Returns for size exchanges are at the customer's expense.
Withdrawal requests: Evaluates withdrawal requests to verify if the product was used or destroyed. Refunds aren't possible if the product was used or destroyed. Reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
